· Korea Sports Association for the Disabled, Bylaw Art 54. (Establishment of member associations)
· KOSAD can have its member associations in other cities, provinces and abroad to perform its duties.
· Decide fundamental policies on sports for people with disabilities in each region
· Develop and supervise respective associations and sports associations for the disabled
· Encourage people with disabilities to participate in sporting activities by hosting or supporting sports for all
games for people with disabilities
· Train and dispatch athletes' team of National Paralympic Games
· Conduct researches on sports for people with disabilities and spread disabled sports in suburb areas.
· Develop sports instructors for people with disabilities
· Develop special schools and physical education for people with disabilities
· Establish and manage sports facilities
· Secretary General is appointed by President with the agreement from the governing board.
· Structure, organization, and duties are different from cities and provinces
· Hold the meeting with managers of sports department in cities and provinces: April 2006
· Collected opinions from each city and province and confirmed fundamental policies: May 2006
· Established municipal & provincial sports association for the disabled: June 2006
