To revitalize sports for all to ensure health of people with disabilities and promote their sound leisure lives
To achieve national prestige by supporting member sports federations and organizations for people with disabilities and by developing elite athletes and coaches
To contribute to the international relations through sport exchanges

To give instructions and support business activities of Paralympic sports associations
To host Paralympic sports events and improve international relations
To promote elite sports for people with disabilities by developing Paralympic athletes and improving their competitiveness
To encourage and spread sports for people with disabled
To advocate welfare of Paralympic athletes, instructors, and men of merit in Paralympic sports

19 January, 2007 Move to the new office (1F, Velodrome, Olympic Park)
