Represening Korea on International Paralympic Committee and Asian Paralympic Committee

With respect to Paralympic Games as the only group to have the rights to carry on foreign negotiations with IPC, cultivating promoting Paralympic Spirit through sports activities, promoting spiritual and physical quality consisting of basic sports conditions, and participating in activities to contribute to improving an international goodwill, world peace and the status and human rights of people with disabilities
